Cancellation Notice
We require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel therapy appointments. Otherwise, you will need to bear the full cost of the session. Should you cancel before the 48 hour mark, a refund can be requested, minus the card processing fees.
We require at least 7 days notice if you wish to cancel your psychiatry appointment. If not sufficient notice is provided, then the full consultation fee will be charged. There is a non refundable £200 for all new patient psychiatry appointment cancellations and a non refundable £100 for all follow-up appointments.
Payment Card Processing Policy
DJGP or Online DBT use Jane App’s PCI-compliant processing partner Stripe to process cards for payment. We charge your card on arrival at the session. There may be instances where your card is charged without you being notified first, in circumstances where you do not arrive at your appointment and we need to charge the fee in line with our cancellation policy, or if you cancel within our cancellation policy.
Jane captures your card information and then sends this to Stripe. Stripe then provide a token to Jane that replicates your card so that we can charge it. Jane will never store the full card details on their servers, nor does DJGP or Online DBT have access to your full card information after it is saved. By booking a treatment or session with us either directly, or through our online booking site, you agree to your card being charged for money that is owed to the clinic.
